Pay kydee commision why would you take a commision and not pay? Your are a artist your self would you like it if someone commision you and they didn't pay? She putted a lot of work in the commisions pay her!

I quite agree with this.
When you commission someone it's basically a contract. Pay up or apologize, that's what I say.

You're an artist yourself, you should know not to rip another artist off. You need to pay for the commission you asked for, EIGHT months ago. You think she is just going to forget? What a shame. =/

What's even more shameful is that :iconxcelestex: worked so hard on artwork and they didnt pay. Waste of time.

What I'm suspecting is this person created an entirely new account to get rid of people like us making note of this.

It's happened before.
